This is BSAC’s enhanced “Try Dive Experience” and is great for those just beginning on their scuba diving journey.
There is one sheltered in-water session where you’ll get to develop practical scuba skills. On completion of both the Adventure Diver eLearning theory and practical elements of the course, you will be given credit towards a full BSAC scuba qualification.
During this course you will learn:
- How to correctly fit a mask
- How to fit, use and clear a snorkel
- How to breathe comfortably from a demand valve (regulator) underwater
- How to develop a good finning action
- Good horizontal trim position underwater
- Basic scuba signals, including ‘ok’, ‘up’, ‘down’ and more
